Bio Suisse
Due to the rise in COVID cases in autumn 2020, Bio Suisse decided it would be best to hold the delegates’ meeting virtually – a first for the company. A success.
Video conference with up to 150 participants
The large meeting room at Bio Suisse’s Basel headquarters was transformed into a technology hub. The chairman of Bio Suisse led the first-ever digital delegates’ meeting from there.
The digital format was a novelty for many of the participants. Nevertheless, the 100 delegates and 50 or so other interested parties and media representatives coped splendidly with the all-day meeting. Two interpreters were on hand to translate the presentations, questions and a lecture from German to French and vice versa. The digital equity platform daura was used for the voting.
Furrer Events coordinated the preparatory work and ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day.
